Job Description:

Assistant Membership Director, Los Angeles We are a private attorney to attorney referral platform for attorneys to share referrals with one another and ethically share in fees. We've built a one of a kind platform that makes sharing referrals easy. However, the platform is only as good as the community of attorneys in it. That's why we thoroughly vet potential new members before they join, and require them to conduct an interview with our membership team. As an assistant membership director, you would be responsible for:

  • Prospecting new member applicants
  • Interviewing attorney applicants who want to join the network
  • Aid new members in the registration process
  • Fostering positive relationships with prospective members
  • Collaborate with membership team to analyze and identify trends in the membership process

This is a Full Time, Salaried position, based out of our HQ in Los Angeles. We receive more applications than we can currently handle, and we're looking for help to grow our membership team ASAP. Experience or familiarity with the legal field is not required, but is certainly preferred. If you're someone who is outgoing, enjoys talking to other professionals and networking, and wants to be a part of a fast growing start-up, we'd love to chat with you!
