Post-Conviction Relief: Mr. Harshman has obtained reversal of charges on multiple cases post-conviction. Other criminal proceedings: In addition to trial work, Aaron works on sentence modifications, probation violations, community corrections violations, and expungements. Mr. Harshman has worked as a prosecutor with a focus on domestic violence and crimes against women.
