Attorney Success Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Overture Law’s attorney members, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Understand member needs and proactively identify solutions to ensure member satisfaction and success
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and features that will benefit our attorney members
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage member inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely and effective resolution
- Conduct member training sessions and webinars to educate members on platform features and best practices
- Develop and maintain member success metrics and report on progress to senior management
- Identify opportunities to expand member usage and engagement
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Experience with legal technology and/or legal operations is a plus
Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Overture Law’s customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Understand customer needs and proactively identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely and effective resolution
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth
- Conduct customer training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features and best practices
- Develop and maintain customer success metrics and report on progress to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising
- Manage the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and web content
- Plan and execute events, such as webinars and conferences
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies
- Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with followers to build a community
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, such as designers and writers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment or in the legal industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising platforms
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with technology and software tools
