Aaron Hicks

Personal Introduction

Aaron Hicks is a civil trial attorney and founder of Hicks Law Firm, based in Orange County, also with offices in San Diego and Tennessee. His current practice includes representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, resulting in traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, complex regional pain syndrome and wrongful death. Some types of cases that Aaron handles include product liability, premises liability, dog bites, car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, hit and run accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, and uninsured/underinsured motorist accidents. Aaron has successfully completed multiple jury trials to verdict, as well as binding arbitrations. Based upon his excellent results, Aaron has gained membership into the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have obtained million dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts or settlements as the primary handling attorney. Aaron is also a member of AAJ (American Association for Justice), TTLA (Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association), CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles), as well as CAOC (Consumer Attorneys of California), where he currently serves on the Board of Governors. He is also extremely active in OCTLA (Orange County Trial Lawyers Association), where he serves on the Board of Directors as an elected officer, serving as Presidentt. Aaron was awarded Member of the Year in 2017, as well as OCTLA Board Member of the Year in 2019. Aaron received his law degree in 2004 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, and his undergraduate degree in 1999 from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Aaron is licensed to practice law and active in both California and Tennessee. He is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, United States Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Aaron serves clients throughout Southern California, primarily in Orange County, CA including Orange, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Irvine, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach from our Orange headquarters.
