Practice Summary
I practice as trial counsel in Belkin Burden Goldman's Litigation Department, where I regularly appear in the Civil and Supreme Courts, handling complex residential and commercial contract disputes. I also have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in appeals and various administrative proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Prior to joining Belkin Burden & Goldman, I worked in transactional real estate, where I represented buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in various types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing. I have also been associated with various cases that have been published in the New York Law Journal involving issues of tenancy and succession claims, residential rent overcharge, and deregulation of rent regulated apartments.
