Adel is a Washington DC based investment and international corporate lawyer, advising clients on corporate and international law, business strategy, and commercial transactions. Adel's practice experience spans territories from the United States to dozens of jurisdictions internationally. Prior to his career as a Washington DC and New York based investment and international corporate lawyer, during his time in private practice, Adel assisted multinational, US and Middle Eastern clients on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including cross-border joint ventures in the technology, telecommunications, medical, real estate, defense and food and beverage spaces. He has also been involved in once-in-a-liftime transactions such as the privatization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange (Kuwait Boursa) along with dozens of other high-profile matters. Adel is an accomplished investment and international corporate lawyer, with experience in Washington DC and numerous international areas.
