Alaric-Lorenzo is licensed to practice law (and in good standing) in the states of California and New York. He is also licensed to practice law in two foreign countries: Cameroon and Nigeria (West Africa). He is also licensed in the Federal District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. A graduate from the University of Yaounde II and the Nigerian Law School, Alaric-Lorenzo’s understanding and command of the law is unparalleled. After working with top US-based law firms for years, he decided to set up his own practice to have better control of the cases he handles and to escape the grueling and limiting walls of "Big Law." He currently focuses on both litigation & transactional law practice. He has taken on major U.S companies like Whole Foods Markets, Inc.; Wal-Mart Stores Inc.; Dillards, Inc.; Gap Inc., TJX Companies Inc., Lazy Dog Restaurants LLC, Starbucks Corp., ROSS Stores, Inc., Dollar Tree Stores Inc., and SouthWest Airlines. He has also successfully brought groundbreaking lawsuits on behalf of his clients against Public entities like Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Alaric-Lorenzo has negotiated millions of Dollars in lawsuit settlements. He has represented clients in high-profile cases including defending a client in a suit at the instance of Odell Beckham Jr., one of America’s highest paid Footballers.
