A double Marquette graduate, Aleina’s passion for serving families has been evident throughout her career. During her time at Marquette, she engaged in numerous pro bono activities, internships, and a judicial clerkship, with a particular focus on trusts and estates. This experience allowed her to directly contribute to drafting estate plans designed to secure families’ futures. Since earning her JD, Aleina has continued to build on her commitment to family-focused legal services. She has accumulated extensive experience in litigation, estate and tax planning, and trust administration, always with an emphasis on addressing the unique needs of families. Aleina excels in guiding clients through the preparation, design, and implementation of comprehensive estate planning tools, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, marital property agreements, and powers of attorney.
