Personal Introduction

Alexander practices complex commercial litigation, private equity litigation, and appellate work. His experience encompasses an eclectic assortment of industries and clients. He has represented global, publicly traded companies and public figures in Michigan and across the country, as well as small business owners and class action consumer groups. He approaches each case with equal parts ardor and adaptability in order to best meet the goals of his clients. While he recognizes that a thorough understanding of the law is essential, it is only useful when it is combined with an intimate familiarity with his client’s business and interest.
