He also gained valuable insight and experience while representing low-income clients in various tax controversies through the University of Baltimore’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. With a strong background in financial analysis, real estate development, and private equity, combined with experience in corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, and business succession planning, Alexander is well-equipped to offer practical, business- oriented solutions to our clients. Alexander is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
