Alexander S. Berman

Personal Introduction

Alexander Berman is a skilled associate attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters involving corporate law, real estate transactions and disputes, probate, and trust and estate planning. With a strong foundation in finance and business law, Alexander provides strategic guidance tailored to each client’s needs. Prior to pursuing his legal career, Alexander honed his business acumen by completing an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from American University, and a B.S. in Finance from the College of Charleston. Alexander then earned his J.D. with a concentration in Real Estate Practice from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While there, he held leadership roles in organizations such as the Real Estate Law Association and the Student Bar Association. He also gained valuable insight and experience while representing low-income clients in various tax controversies through the University of Baltimore’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. With a strong background in financial analysis, real estate development, and private equity, combined with experience in corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, and business succession planning, Alexander is well-equipped to offer practical, business- oriented solutions to our clients. Alexander is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
