Personal Introduction

Alexandra Badalamenti is a media and entertainment attorney. She represents artists, musicians, image creators and innovators in production, fashion, media, and music. She has extensive experience in data privacy, entertainment transactions, and corporate law. Alexandra founded Ruby de Jure, PLLC in 2020. Prior to private practice, Alexandra served as General Counsel to GoNoodle, a kids’ content company. Alexandra also practiced corporate and intellectual property law at the Nashville-based law firm Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis (now Holland & Knight), and worked as a lawyer in the Business Affairs department of ENDEAVOR (formerly WME|IMG) where she counseled business units on New York Fashion Week, brand partnerships, commercial endorsements, music events, talent representation, licensing and literary publishing. Alexandra is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, New York and New Jersey.
