Personal Introduction

Allison joined the Wilder Pantazis Law Group as an Associate Attorney in 2018. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters in North and South Carolina. Allison grew up in Lancaster, South Carolina, less than an hour away from our law office. Allison graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2011. She then attended Charleston School of Law where she graduated cum laude and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2014. While in law school, Allison served as the Student Works Editor of The Federal Courts Law Review and received several CALI awards. Following law school, Allison practiced in a number of areas—including criminal defense, family law and general civil litigation such as business disputes, employment issues, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair and deceptive trade practice claims. During this time, she gained valuable legal experience and spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom. She handled several district court trials, motions hearings, and settlement negotiations for both district and superior court cases. For the last several years, Allison has focused her practice on representing injured workers and personal injury victims in both North and South Carolina. Allison is licensed to practice in all state courts in North Carolina, South Carolina, and for the Western District of North Carolina.
