Anahita Ferasat is a skilled transactional attorney with a comprehensive background in global business and legal affairs, specializing in information technology, intellectual property, data privacy and security, and corporate transactions. Anahita has successfully completed thousands of complex software licensing negotiations in nearly every sector, including healthcare, banking, public sector, and real estate, with entities of every size, ranging from Fortune 100 enterprise companies to mid-market and SMB, in the U.S., EMEA and APJ. Whether negotiating with the United States Postal Service, BNP Paribas, or LG Electronics, Anahita approaches each discussion as a poised, seasoned advocate who protects and promotes her client’s interests while listening to clients and developing creative solutions that minimize business and legal risks for her client. Anahita’s responsibilities include supporting all levels of the Sales team, including Business Development, Strategic Alliances, and Account Management. As a key member of a small but highly-efficient legal team, Anahita also participates in compliance program administration and oversight, employee relations, and management of external counsel.
