Anahita Ferasat is a skilled transactional attorney with a comprehensive background in global business and legal affairs, specializing in information technology, intellectual property, data privacy and security, and corporate transactions. Anahita has successfully completed thousands of complex software licensing negotiations in nearly every sector, including healthcare, banking, public sector, and real estate, with entities of every size, ranging from Fortune 100 enterprise companies to mid-market and SMB, in the U.S., EMEA and APJ.
