This approach allows Angela to partner with her clients throughout the process, she will always actively engage every step of the way and will never discount the emotional turmoil her clients may be experiencing. She will always seek to create a trusting bond with her clients and colleagues while she enthusiastically advocates for her clients. It is important to first determine whether there is the is an opportunity to adequately resolve the issues out of court. It is recognized that in some situations it is necessary for the courtroom process, but whenever possible Angela will work to empower the parties to work together to produce a realistic and practical resolution to the situation outside of the courtroom.
