Personal Introduction

Before I became an immigration attorney specializing in business-based and investor-based visas, I spent 23 years in corporate accounting. Decades of experience in accounting, coupled with intimate knowledge of U.S. business-based immigration law, allow me to better understand my clients' businesses and explain their financial complexities in petitioning for visas.

Finally, I provide consultations for consular issues and other business-based immigration questions. During the previous administration, I filed almost a dozen complaints in federal court alleging USCIS violated the APA when it denied my clients' immigration petitions. Most were settled and approved. One was ruled upon by Judge Rudolph Contreras (Info Labs Inc. v. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, et al, 19-684, U.S. Dist Ct D.D.C., March 31, 2020), and it was one of several cases which established that a Computer Systems Analyst is indeed a specialty occupation.
