Personal Introduction

raden Turner is a seventh-generation Oklahoman. He attended school in southern Oklahoma, graduating from high school as co-valedictorian and later attending the University of Oklahoma. From there, he graduated with distinction in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an interest in constitutional studies and a Minor in French Language Studies. As an undergraduate, he earned membership in Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He later attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 2020. As a partner of Lai & Turner Law Firm, Braden focuses on several areas of law, including real estate law, Estate Planning, Probate, criminal defense, business and contract law, and personal injury. Braden developed an interest in real estate law and began his legal career writing title opinions and title abstracts. Today, Braden works to help buyers and sellers of real estate experience trouble-free real estate transactions by ensuring that all parties –including real estate agents – complete all necessary legal requirements to protect his client’s interests. This also includes advising his clients about Estate Planning, how to hold title to a property, and handling probate cases for clients who do not have an estate plan structured, estate planning is not in place when they die, or guardianship cases in the event they become incapable of managing their own affairs. As well, Braden represents clients needing criminal defense representation. He has always had a strong interest in criminal law and protecting the rights of the accused while balancing the interests of the state to protect the public. Finally, Braden represents clients who have experienced a personal injury due to the carelessness or negligence of another party. His goal is to ensure that a victim of such an event receives just compensation for medical expenses, pain, suffering, and permanent impairment, and other just compensation based on the overall merits of a case.
