Practice Summary
I advise and represent technology startups, with a particular focus on the emerging law of artificial intelligence. I taught the first course on the law of artificial intelligence at Penn State Law School and have led AI law trainings for lawyers and regulators around the world, including in the US, UK, India, and Taiwan. I also represent several businesses in transnational disputes and transactions. In addition to being a lawyer in the United States (NY/DC/PA), I am also a Solicitor of England & Wales.
