Personal Introduction
I have been a business lawyer since graduating from law school. I trained on Wall Street and for many years, was a Partner in the Business Law Department of a major regional law firm. I also served in senior legal positions in two major corporations. Late last year, I launched a solo practice focused on providing high-quality contracting and business law support to Northeast-based clients for a fraction of what name-brand law firms charge for comparable services.
