We are well versed in the many aspects of the rapidly changing and complex field of Workers' Compensation litigation. Practice Summary

The Law Offices of Brian D. Watnick focuses our practice on the representation of self insured employers, insurance companies and uninsured employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. We also represent employers when they are sued for discrimination in workers' compensation (Labor Code 132a) and Serious & Willful Misconduct suits. Additionally, we will accept plaintiff (applicant) cases if there is no conflict with our defense clients. We manage all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, from initial client advice regarding employment related injuries to performing all of the necessary discovery to move the case towards prompt resolution or trial as needed. Mr. Watnick has 34 years of workers' compensation defense experience and opened his own practice in March of 2005.
