Bryan has represented clients in a broad spectrum of transactions and continues to look for ways to help his clients innovate in their transactions and processes. Bryan is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, is admitted to practice in the Arizona Courts, the Federal District Courts – District of Arizona, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona. Bryan has been involved in several business ventures and is experienced in capital strategy and acquisition for both business and real estate projects. He has firsthand knowledge of the land development process of commercial, industrial and residential real estate projects. Bryan has also been a principal in a business that provides technology solutions for private individuals, and commercial business. Bryan currently sits on the board of directors for a large commercial land development project.
