Mr. Doss has represented his clients in all aspects of litigation and transactional matters. He has represented large and small corporations and individuals in litigation matters relating to complex business disputes, construction issues, insurance bad faith, collections, employment discrimination and personal injury, among many other matters. Mr. Doss also has extensive experience pursuing bad faith causes of action relating to workers compensation claims against some of the largest insurance companies, including Zurich, Hartford and AIG. He has been involved in reinsurance disputes, classification disputes and other challenges relating to workers compensation insurance policies of employers. One of his clients was recently featured in the New York Times and on Good Morning America, and its founders were selected to Fortune’s 40 under 40. Mr. Doss has represented a wide range of clients in both litigated and non-litigated matters, drafted numerous legal pleadings, argued those pleadings before the court, obtained favorable verdicts in trials, arbitration and administrative hearings, and engaged in numerous successful mediation sessions on behalf of his clients.
