Prior to founding South Florida Law, Mr. Landau was involved in forming and running other successful businesses, and carries over that knowledge to help handle different types of disputes for his clients, both in the legal field, as well as the boardroom. Burton F. Landau, Esq., MBA, is the Founding Partner of South Florida Law. He is qualified to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Landau is committed to assisting and protecting his clients vigorously and competently in various areas of law. Mr. Landau prides himself on diligence, attentiveness and responsiveness with any and all types of clients, ranging from the boards of large associations, to corporations and individuals needing representation and advice. Mr. Landau is well versed in the aspects of Real Estate Law, Homeowners/Condominium Associations, Business & Commercial Transactions, Personal Injury, Construction Litigation & Contract disputes. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2008, Mr. Landau continued his education and graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s in Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in 2010. Immediately thereafter, earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013, with multiple Dean’s List Achievements.
