Personal Introduction
I'm the owner of a boutique personal injury and wrongful death law firm, located in the Panhandle of Florida. My practice is modern, efficient, and focused on client relations. I believe the best way to obtain optimal results in personal injury cases is to frequently communicate with and advise clients during the early treatment stages of their case. I have seen insurance adjusters and defense lawyers use every trick in the book to minimize damages, such as delays or gaps in treatment, delays in diagnoses, inconsistent reporting of pain levels, existence of pre-existing pain or conditions, etc. Effectively communicating and advising clients in the early stages of their cases helps prevent many of the issues that can complicate and devalue an injury claim.
