Personal Introduction

Attorney Casey Healey along with her partner and spouse, Michael Healey, started The Healey Law Firm, LLC in 2011. Together they envisioned building a law firm where they could offer customized legal representation with a personal touch. Casey attended the University of Maryland, College Park and received her B.A. in 2003. Casey then attended and graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007. Casey started off at one of the largest mortgage foreclosure law firms and quickly realized that her passion was in representing ordinary people rather than the banking industry. It was not long before Casey switched over to helping homeowners and never looked back. Casey specializes in Bankruptcy and Probate. Casey also regularly serves as a professional fiduciary in conservatorships, guardianships, trusts and estates. Casey was voted as one of the top Bankruptcy attorneys in Connecticut and achieved the status of Rising Star for Connecticut’s 2015- 2020 Super Lawyers*.
