Entertainment Law & Contracts: I provide comprehensive business management and legal advice for clients in the entertainment industry. This includes drafting and negotiating entertainment contracts, business consulting, start-up entity formation, and ratifying child contracts. Intellectual Property: My background includes formulating trademark filing strategies, registering marks with the US Trademark Office, and handling intellectual property disputes.
