Chad M. Neuens is a licensed member of the Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado Bar Associations. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in both state and federal courts throughout the country. Chad is also an experienced mediator, and is a member of the mediator panel at Dispute Resolution Consultants. Chad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Creighton University School of Law. Chad has over 30 years of experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, law enforcement, business litigation, business counseling, civil rights, product liability, commercial litigation, subrogation, fire and explosion, banking, construction, trucking, transportation, casualty, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury, environmental liability, oil and gas, bankruptcy, fraud and toxic tort. He has published several articles and has presented several seminars in these areas.
