Personal Introduction

Mr. Nation was born in Jasper, Alabama in 1977, and admitted to the bar in 2003. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1999 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 2003, where he was on the Dean’s List and was a recipient of the Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship. He has been practicing law in Alabama for over 15 years. Mr. Nation is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, ElderCounsel and the National Academy of ElderLaw Attorneys (NAELA). Mr. Nation practices in the areas of Medicaid Planning, Social Security Disability, Estate Planning, and Probate.
