Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury (Litigation)

Las Vegas, Nevada

Personal Introduction

Christian is proud to call Las Vegas home and serve his local community. He grew up in Henderson, Nevada, where he graduated from Green Valley High School. He later attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Christian then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to attend the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While attending law school, he served as an associate member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review and spent his summers interning at the Cincinnati Prosecutor’s Office, where he had an early opportunity to practice law under the guidance of prosecuting attorneys and witness several felony murder trials. Christian enjoyed his courtroom experience during law school so much that, when he graduated with his J.D. in 2013, he decided to move back to Las Vegas to become a litigation attorney. Since passing the Nevada Bar in 2013, Christian’s practice has been dedicated almost exclusively to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He spent his first six years of practice in insurance defense at both local and national firms, where he gained a wealth of experience defending negligence, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and product liability cases. He represented a wide variety of clients during this time, from local individuals to international tech companies, and gained valuable insight into the inner workings and motivations of defense firms and insurance companies. In late 2019, Christian transitioned from insurance defense to plaintiff personal injury and has never looked back. His early experience defending the same types of cases he now files on behalf of his clients was an ideal training ground for learning how to maximize the value of each case. Since then, Christian has continued to find great success and enjoys the fulfillment that comes from helping each client obtain the justice and compensation they deserve.
