Personal Introduction

I am a civil litigation attorney and the owner of Levine Law Firm, APC, a boutique law firm in Westlake Village, California. I graduated from Pepperdine Law School in Malibu, California with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Dispute Resolution, and I have a BA in Philosophy and Anthropology from the University of Miami. I have a passion for resolving difficult legal disputes and protecting my clients' rights and interests. Before starting my own firm, I served as General Counsel for Luxx Lighting, Inc. and Athena Products, Inc., two leading companies in the cannabis industry. I handled all aspects of corporate, regulatory, and intellectual property law, as well as litigation matters. I also have experience managing mass tort litigation. I represented plaintiffs in the 2018 Malibu Woolsey Fire litigation, managing the caseload for over 100 families in Malibu. I also sat on the leadership committee for the mass torts case. Prior to working in civil litigation, I gained experience in labor and employment law, having worked as a temporary manager, employee, and intern at Warner Bros. Entertainment, and as a law clerk at the EEOC's Mediation Department. I have strong negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and clients. I am motivated by the challenge of finding creative and effective solutions for my clients' legal issues.
