Personal Introduction

I am a trial and appellate litigator licensed in the State of Texas, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. To give you some sense of my background and experience, I earned my J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where I served as an Articles Editor on the Texas Law Review and was a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Clinic. Since then, I have worked as a complex-commercial litigator at some of the most prestigious law firms in Texas (including Baker Botts L.L.P. and Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody P.C.) where I represented clients in high-stakes commercial disputes.
