Christopher Michael Caldwell

Personal Introduction

Chris brings to Pratt Caldwell Legal Group twenty plus years of experience in real estate, contract law, bankruptcy, mortgage banking, creditor’s rights, litigation, and default management experience. Chris started his career with a national mortgage lender in 2001 and quickly moved throughout the company over the following sixteen years, learning and managing various departments before settling into his legal management role. In 2009 he started back to school for his J.D. while continuing his full-time career; after graduating he continued as in-house counsel and business manager for default litigation/servicing in forty-eight states. After several years Chris jumped into private practice where he has expanded his civil litigation experience within real estate, contract law, bankruptcy, as well as probate & estates.
