Personal Introduction

Mr. Hyde’s practice focuses on financial matters in both transactional and litigation contexts. Clay (as his friends call him) also counsels his clients in regards to entity formation, contract drafting, securities regulations, and commercial transactions, namely private equity and real estate. In the past, Clay has also assisted in matters involving economic damages and disputes over entity valuations. Within Mr. Hyde’s practice are many successful businesses, however, Clay also serves individuals and businesses who have fallen on hard times. Mr. Hyde has successfully assisted clients with myriad debt relief solutions including debt settlements, restructuring, and filing for bankruptcy protection on behalf of his clients. Demonstrative personal experiences in Mr. Hyde’s life have contrived an extremely passionate trust formation and estate planning strategist for his clients. Additionally, Mr. Hyde has abundant experience with software and technology clients, and as such Mr. Hyde is positioned to service the complex needs of clients in this burgeoning industry. Clay attended Louisiana State University for a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Finance, and his Juris Doctor degree. He is passionate about serving as corporate counsel for his clients, as well as helping new businesses bring their ambitions to fruition. Mr. Hyde also serves as the President of Alpha3 Financial, LLC which manages a long/short macro fund requiring him to stay abreast with geopolitical and macroeconomic news. A lifelong native of the Bayou State, Mr. Hyde is an avid outdoorsman who is keen on aiding efforts to preserve Louisiana’s natural beauty for future generations to enjoy.
