Personal Introduction

Cristopher Robert Diaz, Esq. is a Licensed Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of Florida. As a solo practitioner, he accepts a broad range of cases in the area of Civil Litigation such as breach of contract, business disputes, construction disputes, motor vehicle repair disputes, personal injury, property damage, product liability, employment disputes, defamation, evictions and other real-estate disputes. Cristo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Minors in International Relations and Music Performance from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. During his time at the College of Law, Cristo was regularly a Dean's List Award recipient and graduated Cum Laude. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Criminal Felony Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem with the Miami-Dade County Guardian ad Litem Program.
