Curt began his legal career at Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles, where he worked on complex civil litigation matters including securities class actions, antitrust, and IP disputes. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was a Michael T. Masin Scholar and Staff Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, Texas, Florida, D.C., Washington, Illinois, Colorado, Oregon, and Michigan. Curt has been recognized multiple times as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and named California Lawyer of the Year (CLAY Award) by The Daily Journal. He was also honored as Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by USC Law School’s Public Interest Law Fund. Curt teaches legal ethics and law firm management as an adjunct professor at DePaul College of Law in Chicago.
