D Benjamin Lee

Personal Introduction

Donghoon Benjamin Lee was born in South Korea and immigrated to the US when he was nine years old. He has directly experienced the immigration system and understands the frustrations and feelings of helplessness of prospective immigrants and non-immigrants. Since starting his law practice over 30 years ago, one of his core areas of practice has been Immigration Law. Mr. Lee also has a background in accounting and finance and his other area of concentration is in business and real estate transactions and related issues such as taxes, administrative law, and bankruptcy. His philosophy in his practice is to be forthright in assessing a client’s problem, keeping clients fully informed regarding their cases and trying to resolve their problems in a timely and economical manner. He is fluent in English and in Korean.
