Personal Introduction

While the majority of my estate planning clients require "traditional" plans, I thoroughly enjoy working with business owners on crafting an "enterprise plan" to ensure their intentions for personal and corporate assets mesh with their non-probate assets, such as retirement plans and life insurance. Having been in leadership roles for the bulk of my career, I love taking high-level views of my clients' assets to create plans that maximize benefits to them and their families. Our firm's credo says it all: Helping families. Helping businesses. Helping people.

Practice Summary

My practice is focused predominantly on estate planning (i.e., wills and trusts, with or without tax planning), but having a 25-year background as a CEO and serial entrepreneur in the industrial sector, I also enjoy helping business owners with formation, financing, and turnaround issues. As a complement to our law practice, we provide notary services on a mobile, virtual, and in-person basis.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

Not only is creating peace of mind for our clients a driving force in our day-to-day work, we are committed to promoting awareness of mental health issues and providing support to those in need. To that end, we donate a portion of our profits to a number of mental wellness charities that work to improve the lives of people with mental illness and their loved ones in our community and across the United States.
