Through maintaining a deep understanding of his client’s core business as well as their risk tolerance, Daniel provides insightful legal advice that aligns with his client’s bottom line and corporate values as well as aggressive litigation strategy when warranted. With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, clients rely on Daniel to evaluate multifaceted claims with a high degree of accuracy and provide perspectives from both sides of the dispute and straight talk when necessary. He represents some of the world’s leading transportation companies, including truck hauling and logistics, car rental, rideshare, and fuel transport as well as a large multi-state food delivery company. A significant portion of Daniel’s practice is dedicated to high-stakes catastrophic injury matters, spanning a wide variety of industry verticals and clients. He also manages a robust commercial real estate practice, assisting clients with commercial leases, purchase, and sale agreements. Known for his deft touch and sizable personal connections, colleagues know Daniel as the person to call when negotiations are stalled or when litigation is at an impasse. Daniel is an elected Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a distinction reserved for 1/3 of 1% of all Texas attorneys, one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas.
