Personal Introduction

Daniel S. Gonzalez is a born and raised Texan who knows how to help injured Texans best, fighting tooth and nail for every inch of justice. Daniel serves as an advocate for the wrongfully injured and specializes in working on the most difficult and complex cases in personal injury law. With experience advocating for injured clients in complex litigation, Daniel strives to effectively counsel his clients and obtain the compensation they rightfully deserve. True to his Texas heart, Mr. Gonzalez received his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at El Paso in Biology and received his Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. While in law school, he practiced his advocacy in the court room while helping the indigent in the Criminal Justice Clinic and clerked for a boutique personal injury law firm that specialized motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer wrecks, workplace injuries, dangerous premises conditions, defective products, and wrongful death. Immediately after finishing law school, he gained experience at a prestigious big law firm where he further solidified his experience with complex litigation. He is fluent in both English & Spanish and can assist clients accordingly.
