Personal Introduction

Daniel focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law. His experience includes conducting pre-litigation investigations, drafting trial briefs, conducting IP due diligence, and reviewing licensing & settlement agreements. In addition, Daniel assists in preparing patent, trademark, and copyright applications and conducting patentability searches for a wide variety of client technologies including artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, medical devices, and mechanical systems. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a manufacturing engineer in the trucking and logistics industry, where he gained valuable insights on the design and production of reefer semi-trailers, insulated truck bodies, as well as customer needs in that industry. During his time in law school, Daniel served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.
