Danielle Cohen is a lawyer with nearly twenty years of experience in civil litigation and business law. She opened the law firm of Cohen Law in 2009 with the mission and commitment of providing excellent yet cost efficient legal services to businesses and continues with that commitment today. Cohen Higgins currently represents many businesses and individuals in a vast array of civil arenas including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation and in house general counsel. Cohen Law provides full transparency and accountability to its valued clients. Danielle Cohen is a native to Miami, Florida. She began her legal career at one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms, Greenberg Traurig, where she gained extensive experience in complex commercial civil litigation. Cohen was granted the honor of early admission to the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Philosophy and a minor in Spanish. Following her desire to assist those in the pursuit of justice, Cohen attended Florida State University Law School where she received several honors such as the Book Award in Advanced Civil Procedure. Cohen swiftly completed her collegiate and juris doctorate education and accomplished being sworn in as Florida Licensed attorney at only 24 years of age.
