Specific practice areas include: Copyright, Trademark, Contracts, Corporations, LLCs, Advertising & Marketing, Ecommerce, and related transactional areas. I have been designated by his peers as an Illinois Leading Lawyer since 2016 and an Illinois SuperLawyer® since 2012 in the areas of Intellectual Property and Entertainment & Sports Law. His articles also appear in Illinois State Bar journals and trade journals such as The ABA’s SciTech newsletter, and Landslide, the magazine of the ABA Intellectual Property Section.
