Barker Law Firm is a virtual boutique business law firm helping professionals establish, grow, and maintain their portfolio career, with a focus on the creative professional. I help my clients discover what streams of income will best suit their personal and professional lifestyle, how to choose appropriate systems that support their portfolio career, and implement the legal requirements to reduce risk and increase income. Providing advice under Rule 2.1 is where I hang my hat. Technical aspects of my practice include advising on multiple income streams, developing business plans, forming and maintaining business structures; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. I also accept limited representation engagements and work with other firms, especially litigation firms, in a limited capacity to assist co-counsel with difficult creative clients.
