Personal Introduction

Since 2009, David Hakimfar has provided legal counsel to victims and those facing criminal charges. With an undergraduate from University of California, Los Angeles and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, David Hakimfar is also uniquely credentialed with both federal and state licenses to practice law. Among David’s earlier accomplishments, David represented the former Chief Financial Officer of IX Energy, Inc. in a breach of contract action. Fighting in a real-life “David v. Goliath” showdown, he obtained a 6-figure judgment and attorney fees against IX Energy, Inc. While recovering millions of dollars for clients throughout Calfornia, David also pledges his time to community service and sharing his knowledge and passion for the legal system. Namely, he has participated in a mentorship program at Daniel Webster Middle School and fought to defend free and fair elections. During his free time, David enjoys spending his time with friends, family, animals, coaching youth basketball, and playing rock on his electric guitar.
