David has been married to Martha for over 30 years and they have two daughters. Family is a very important part of his life in which he enjoys spending time with his family doing various activities. David fishes regularly and enjoys quail hunting. Generally, if there is water involved David is ready to go play. David and his brother are regularly boat poor, but always ready to look at a deal on another boat. David, over the years, has been active at his children’s schools, including an eight-year run as a board of director for the Butler Dad’s Club. David regularly volunteers his time to the Tarrant County Bar Association. David and Martha recently moved from their longtime home in Arlington to Granbury, Texas. Where they are closer to the water activities David loves. However, they recently bought a used golf cart and may golf or it may become a “fishing buggy”. David and his family are active at Methodist Church, where he has served as chairman of the administrative board and on the finance committee.
