Personal Introduction

I started off in the law practice with 6 years as an energy law attorney with a small firm in Houston, Texas. From there, I owned and operated a real estate appraisal company and several real estate title company closing offices, while practicing as a solo attorney, handling a variety of matters including real estate, business formations and estate planning. In 2018, I exited the title insurance business, and in 2019 re-focused my law practice on estate planning and working with small business owners. Since the Covid era, I enjoy meeting most of my client in their home, though some still choose to meet in my office in The Woodlands (north of Houston). I offer a flat fee, Trust-based or Will-based comprehensive estate planning service, including an initial in-home or in-office meeting, unlimited phone, text, email or even in-person consultation during the plan design and document drafting phase, in-home or in-office signing ceremony with notary and witnesses provided, and unlimited ongoing post-signing funding and administrative consultation.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

I believe charitable work and donations are a private matter, and should not be used or mentioned by the giver for personal gain. My family is my life. I enjoy working with people who share that same value.

What is Overture?

Overture is an attorney-to-attorney referral network. Vetted attorneys refer matters they can’t take on to trusted colleagues and earn fee splits when they do, expanding what every attorney can offer their clients.
