I was born and raised in Switzerland. I came to Florida at a young age and currently practice in Florida. I had the opportunity to study at the Hague under the international court of Justice and had the honor of being part of the ISS program. I practice international litigation, international arbitration, and business litigation in Florida.

Practice Summary

My practice area revolves around international disputes within the state of Florida and abroad. My firm practices International Litigation and Arbitration. We have experience in State and Federal Court in Florida. We also have experience in representing clients in front of international tribunals such as the International Center for Settlement and Investment Disputes ("ICSID" for Investment Disputes involving expropriation, unfair and inequitable treatment...), the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association under the rules of ICDR, the Permanent Court of Arbitration and The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. I am a Ciarb Associate and I m on the road to becoming a MCiarb. We also practice within the realm of international transactions (Mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations) and advise clients on their international dealings to protect them.
