Dean Solomon

Personal Introduction

Dean Solomon is a senior litigation associate at Sinclair Braun Kargher LLP. He has extensive experience handling a variety of civil litigation matters including business litigation, environmental litigation, habitability, unlawful detainer, subrogation, personal injury and transportation litigation on behalf of individuals, businesses and insurance companies in courts across California. Dean’s attention to detail and ability to connect with his clients help him navigate the complex issues that arise at every stage of litigation and have helped him achieve numerous victories that include favorable settlements, successful summary judgment and other dispositive rulings, and early dismissals. Prior to joining Sinclair Braun Kargher LLP, Dean worked at well-known law firms representing consumers in catastrophic injury matters and defending individual insureds, businesses, and insurance companies across a wide range of general liability litigation. Now, Dean uses his unique skill set to zealously advocate for his clients’ interests in order for them to achieve their litigation goals. Dean earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. He then earned his Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2017 and became a member of the State Bar of California that same year. While in law school, Dean was involved in the Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program, through which he conducted felony preliminary hearings and defended against Penal Code section 1538.5 suppression motions as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in Compton, California. He is also the recipient of the Judge Barry Russell Federal Practice Award in 2016.
