Deborah achieved academic excellence during her tenure at Howard as the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility and the highest-ranked participant in the “DC Law Students in Court Clinic,” a legal consortium representing indigent clients in the small claim and landlord-tenant matters. When Deborah is not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, working out, reading, meditation, and spending time with family and friends.
