Personal Introduction

Practicing the law is a second career. My first love was business. Anything related to business from contract disputes, landlord eviction services, default services, and mechanics liens cover collections related areas. Personal injury and bad faith insurance claims are my fun areas to practice and litigate. Like litigation period.

Practice Summary

If it is related to businesses along with the sale of goods or services (and contract disputes), then I probably do it. For property law, I represent landlords mostly but assist with deed transfers related to estate planning (when advisable). When no conflict of interest exists, I'll go after slum lords on the tenant side that typically will have a personal injury component. I am expanding into default services for lenders. Personal injury is an area in which I am passionate. I prefer estate planning to probate work.
