Personal Introduction

After meeting Diane, clients often feel as if they have known her for years. Diane was born Diane Lila Haisha in Detroit, Michigan, and spent her earlier years in the Birmingham suburbs of Detroit. The family moved to San Diego with Diane and her 4 sisters, when she was 9 years old. Diane attended Catholic schools through senior year at University of San Diego High School (Uni High), and thereafter, graduated from San Diego State University with a double major in both Political Science and Psychology. “Go Aztecs!” During the summer prior to beginning law school she obtained her real estate license. She graduated from William Howard Taft, School of Law in Santa Ana, California. earning her Juris Doctorate in Law degree (JD). And thereafter, passed the California Bar Exam. A year out a law school, after passing the Bar Exam, she passed her Broker Exam and became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Diane has always excelled in academics and is currently furthering her knowledge in tax law. Diane offers clients over 24 years of experience in Estate Planning and over 35 years in the Real Estate Business. She offers clients downtown law expertise, without the downtown legal fees. Diane enjoys working with families and advocates protecting our elderly population. She recognizes that many elderly people no longer have family or friends in their life to help care for them any longer; she works with them to put their affairs in order providing mobile attorney service for the many that no longer drive or have difficulty getting around. Diane is an attorney, who is licensed to practice law in California and is in good standing with the Bar Association of California with no history of disciplinary action. She also holds California Real Estate Broker License, a California Insurance License, as a convenience to clients, she is also notary public.
